GEMs – Gentle Exercise and Movement –An entry level, very low impact class that is ideal for the more mature population. A workout ideal for over 60s to target bone health, balance, muscular strength, posture, mobility and functionality. This class utilises various equipment and basic exercises to challenge the body and the mind. A perfect option for seniors and those just getting started in their fitness journey.
