  1. 01. Babygym & KindergymFundamental movement program Baby Gym (6mths to walking) Kindergym (18m-5yrs). A great foundation for the active children Baby Gym Class is Thursday and Kindergym classes available Mon-Fri . This is a parent/carer assisted class.
  2. 02. Parent & Child Jnr GymIntroductory Rec program (4-5yrs) for children not yet at school. Must be min 4yrs. Classes available Mon-Fri. This is a parent/carer assisted class.
  3. 03. Recreational Gymnastics> Gymnastics Bronze 4-6yrs1 hour Recreational Gymnastics Program for children aged 4-6 years. Focus: Fundamental movements, use of apparatus and skill development
  4. 03. Recreational Gymnastics> Gymnastics Bronze 7-12yrs1 hour Recreational Gymnastics Program for children aged 7 - 12 years. Focus: Fundamental movements, use of apparatus and skill development
  5. 04. Recreational Gymnastics> Gymnastics Silver 5-12yrs1 hour Recreational Gymnastics Program for children aged 5-12yrs who have completed Bronze gymnastics or assessed by skill - Focus: Key components and preparations for acrobatic and apparatus elements
  6. 05. Recreational Gymnastics> Gymnastics Gold 5-12yrs1.5 hour Recreational Gymnastics Program for children aged 5-12yrs who have completed Silver gymnastics or assessed by skill - Focus: Acrobatic and apparatus elements and combinations
  7. 06. Recreational Gymnastics> Teen Gymnastics 12-17yrs1.5 hour Recreational Gymnastics Program for children aged 12yrs plus - Focus: Gymnast-lead learning of advanced acrobatic skills and use of apparatus
  8. 07. Recreational Gymnastics> Adult Gymnastics 18yrs+Gymnastics and/or Trampoline for adults (17yrs+). All classes are led by qualified gymnastics coaches.
  9. 08. Gym MobilitySpecial needs program (school age). This program takes place in the Gymnastics Centre for 45min. All classes are led by qualified gymnastics coaches. This is a parent/carer assisted program.

  12. 11. Tumble Tots Trampoline > 2-3yrsBounce, balance, and explore! Our Tumble Tots program is specially designed for curious little movers aged 2–3 years, introducing them to the fundamentals of gymnastics and trampoline in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
  13. 12. Tiny Tumblers Trampoline > 4-5yrsBig energy, big fun! Our Tiny Tumblers program is perfect for preschoolers aged 4–5 who are ready to tumble, jump, and bounce with growing independence. In this engaging and active class, kids will explore fundamental gymnastics and trampoline skills
  14. 13. Recreational Trampoline> Trampoline Bronze 5-6yrs1 hour Recreational Trampoline & Tumbling Program for children aged 5-6 years. Focus: Fundamental movements, use of apparatus and skill development

  19. 17. Recreational Trampoline> Aerial Movement & Freestyle 7yrs+This class is for those who want to extend their aerial and freestyle or other sports that involve aerial movement. Socks must be worn.
  20. 18. Recreational Trampoline> Adult Trampoline 17yrs+Adult trampoline provides participants with an avenue to get involved in gymnastics. This class takes place in the Trampoline Centre. Socks are required to be worn.
